1. Production & Dispatch Timeline

Because we operate on a slow, sustainable print-on-demand model to prevent overproduction and textile landfill waste, every garment is custom-printed upon receipt of your order.

  • Production: 2–3 business days
  • Transit: 2–4 business days via Delhivery, Bluedart, or Xpressbees
  • Total estimated delivery: 4–7 business days anywhere in India

2. Shipping Charges

We provide Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid and Cash-on-Delivery orders with a cart value of ₹999 or above. Orders below ₹999 incur a flat nominal shipping fee of ₹79.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is supported across 19,000+ PIN codes in India. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹49 applies to orders under ₹999 to cover courier verification costs. All COD orders receive an automated WhatsApp confirmation link prior to dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

The moment your package is handed over to our courier partners, an Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number and live status link are sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. You can also monitor real-time milestones via our Track Order portal.
