Returns & Exchange Policy

7-day hassle-free returns. Transparent, fair, and prompt.

1. 7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pavlov merchandise. If the fit isn’t quite right or you change your mind, you can initiate a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and concept cards intact.
  • Personalised or custom-printed products (e.g. garments featuring custom university names or custom quotes created via the Make It Yours studio) cannot be returned unless they arrive misprinted or damaged.

3. Defective or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives with print defects, fabric flaws, or transit damage, please send a photograph to hello@pavlovshop.in or via WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will ship a brand-new replacement immediately at zero additional charge.

4. Refund Process

Prepaid orders are refunded back to the original source (UPI account or bank card) within 4–7 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the return. COD refunds are credited via instant UPI transfer.
