4) Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India.
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, sales, or due to courier delays.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Pavlov Shop is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

5) Returns & Replacements

• Pavlov Shop offers replacements only in case of manufacturing defects.
• Defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/videos and order details.
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available for size, fit, or preference issues.

• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets (as available at checkout).
