Refund and Returns Policy

1) Overview

At Pavlov Shop, we take pride in the quality of our psychology-inspired apparel and accessories. We offer replacements only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.

2) Eligibility for Replacement

A request is eligible if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., print issue, stitching defect, damaged on arrival, or wrong item received).
  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags/packaging intact.
  • Clear photos/videos of the defect and the shipping label are provided.

Not eligible for replacement: Size/fit issues, color variations due to screen settings, normal wear and tear, buyer’s remorse, or products marked Final Sale/Customized.

3) How to Report a Defect (within 3 days)

Please share the following:

  • Order ID, full name, and contact number
  • Clear photos/videos of the defect + shipping label
  • Brief description of the issue

4) Resolution

  • Once your request is verified and approved, we will send a replacement of the same item (same size and design).
  • If the same item is unavailable, we will offer a replacement with a similar item of equal value.

⚠️ No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

5) Return Shipping & Pickups

  • For approved cases, we will arrange a pickup or reimburse standard courier charges (receipt required).
  • Items returned without prior approval may be rejected.

6) Processing Time

  • After the defective item reaches us, allow 3–5 business days for inspection.
  • Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

7) Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • After dispatch, the order is covered only under this replacement policy.
